STEP 1 : APPLICATION/REGISTRATION
As a first step, to enroll as a student at Stradford International College, please download and fill-in the below Student Registration Form. You can select your course of study from Stradford programs and register via the Student Application Form.
WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO?
Download the Application form and fill up all details.
The following documents are to be sent together with your application:
3 sets of passport copies (all pages, detail page in colour).
3 certified copies of original results and academic transcripts (English translated copy, if required)
7 passport-sized photographs with blue background (3.5cm * 5cm)
Health examination report
No Objection Certificate / Letter of Eligibility (only applicable to Sub-Saharan countries)
Release letter, results and attendance report (for transfer student within Malaysia’s institution)
Send your application form together with your payment (wherever applicable) to any of our addresses as above.
You will be informed of your application status by our Program Counsellors.
All payments should be made to by way of cheque or bank draft in the name of Silicon Technology Center Sdn. Bhd., the holding company which owns the Stradford International College.
STEP 2 : OFFER LETTER
Offer letter will be issued once Stradford receives student’s application and payment.
STEP 3 : APPLICATION TO EMGS
Stradford will submit student’s visa application to Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS) to process visa approval letter (VAL). The process takes 6 - 8 weeks (based on processing time taken by EMGS).
STEP 4 : APPLICATION TO EMGS
Stradford will send a notification to inform student on visa approval. Student is required to apply for an entry visa from the Malaysian Embassy in their respective country (if necessary).
Step 1. Student must fax/email the completed Airport Arrival Form to the International Student Officer at least 1 week before arriving.
Step 2. Bring along your high school certificate, photograph and passport.
Step 3. Upon arrival Airport, find your way to the immigration section.
Step 4. Stradford Representative will wait at the immigration counter to aid in clearance.
Student must report to the International Student Officer upon arrival / by the following day. Student will be briefed on the International Student handbook and other matters such as opening of bank account.
